When will I get paid for my orders?Payments are processed twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month, for all orders whose lifecycle is completed by these dates.

What does "order lifecycle completion" mean?The order lifecycle includes the time from when an order is placed to when it is successfully delivered and the 15-day return period has passed. Once this process is complete, the payment for that order becomes eligible for disbursement in the next cycle.
