Do I need a GST number to become a reseller?
No — registration on GridRay is open to everyone, with or without a GST number.
Do I have to buy stock upfront?
No. You pay only for products you've already sold, plus the shipping cost per order. This is direct fulfilment — no upfront stock, no dead stock.
Who sets the price?
Nivia sets the dealer price. You set your own retail price.
Who ships the order?
GridRay manages shipping from Nivia's warehouse, and you pay the shipping cost per order. Packaging is handled by the warehouse.
What about returns and exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are managed by GridRay.
Where can I sell Nivia products?
On the channels Nivia authorizes — Instagram, Amazon, WhatsApp, your own store, and more. Adding a new channel simply needs a new authorization.
Is this legitimate? How is it different from generic reselling?
You're not a random reseller — you're brand-authorized. Nivia reviews and approves your application, GridRay issues your authorization letter on their behalf, and every order carries a GST-compliant invoice. You're selling official, authenticated product with the brand behind you.
Will I get orders automatically?
No — GridRay is not a marketplace and does not send you orders. You sell to your own customers — through your Instagram, WhatsApp, store, or offline network. Nivia approves you as part of their authorized reseller network; GridRay issues your authorization on their behalf and handles fulfilment. You bring the sales; the brand and GridRay back every order.
