How long does the return process take?
3-5 business days after product reaches GridRay warehouse. Inspection happens within 24-48 hours of receipt. Refund processed immediately after inspection. Timeline depends on courier speed and customer location.
Do I lose my margin on returns?
No! If customer paid you ₹15,000 and you paid GridRay ₹12,000 (₹3,000 margin), you get ₹12,000 refunded. Your margin is protected. You're only out the marketplace commission (₹300-600 typically) which the marketplace deducts.
Where do customers ship returns?
Returns ship to the nearest GridRay fulfillment center (we provide the address). NOT to your home or business address. This protects your privacy and ensures professional handling.
What if the customer damaged the product?
GridRay inspection will identify customer damage. We document it with photos and inspection notes. You can use this documentation to decline the return (per marketplace policies) or negotiate with the customer. You're not stuck accepting fraudulent returns.
