Can I start with one channel and add more later?

No, you pay standard marketplace fees directly to the platform (Amazon 15%, Flipkart fees, etc.). GridRay does not add any per-transaction fees. Our subscription covers inventory access and fulfillment.
Can I use GridRay for international marketplaces?
International expansion is coming Q2-Q4 2025. You'll be able to sell on Amazon.com (US), Amazon.ae (UAE), noon (Middle East), and other international platforms. Sign up for waitlist to be notified.
How do returns work across multiple channels?
All returns ship to GridRay warehouses regardless of which channel the customer bought from. We handle inspection and processing. You manage returns through each platform's seller dashboard, but logistics is centralized with GridRay.
